Constipation is a symptom not a disease. Almost everyone experience is constipation at some point in their life, and world that typically is the cause. Constipation may defined as the retention of faeces in Colon beyond the normal time of empting time. People who are constipated find it problem to have a bowel movement and often experience straining, bloating, and sensation  of a full bowel.

                             Caused by:-

⏺️Sedentary life style.
⏺️Irregular intake of meals.
⏺️Inadequate intake of fluids.
⏺️Lack intake of dietary Fibre.
⏺️Emotional disturbance like tension or             anxiety.

⏺️Lack of physical activity.



➡️Treatment of constipation 

⏺️Change your lifestyle and develop a regular of evacuation. 
⏺️Take high fiber diet and adequate amount of fluids. 
⏺️Regular exercise can help in constipation help to prevent constipation.

⏺️Increase fat intake in your diet  Fat containing food like butter cream, ghee and oils in reasonable amounts are useful for some because of the stimulateting effect of the fatty acids on the mucous membranes.

⏺️Take high water content (11-12)glasses.
⏺️Water with lemon in the morning also helps in evacuation. 
⏺️Leafy vegetables like spinach, cabbage, carrot, radish etc good for regular bowel habit. 
⏺️Fresh fruits. 
⏺️Dry fruits. 

⏺️Potassium salts (kala namak) and juices help to prevent the constipation.
