Whenever we eat food, it gets stored in our body in different parts, then our body gets shape. One diet chart is not for everyone,because all bodies are different and their storage, metabolism and hormones are work differently.

1.Apple body shape

⏺️Stomach area fat is  visral fat because this fat deposit inside the organs and this shape mostly seen in males.

      Insuline :-Insulin is a hormone made by the pancreas that allows your body to use sugar (glucose) from carbohydrates in the food that you eat for energy or to store glucose for future use. Insulin helps keeps your blood sugar level.

 In pear body shaped body fat deposit in the lower belly, thighs, hip area.
Pear shape body mostly seen in females.

They play an essential role in the growth and development of female secondary sexual characteristics, such as breasts, pubic and armpit hair, and the regulation of the menstrual cycle and reproductive system.
