The super food that can have a lasting effect on your body and wellbeing is certainly Not a new one.

🌕Two thousand years ago the father of medicine Hippocrates told about the relationship between diet and health,and modern day dietician and doctors are increasingly looking to our diet and so-called superfoods to help treat diseases like cancer, heart disease, stroke etc.

🍅All foods have nutrition, but  superfood have super nutrients because they contain high  levels of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytochemicals etc,which can be improved our health.

🍊Some superfood, such as blueberries, red pepper and orange contain vitamins  minerals and antioxidants which help to reduce damage to cells.

🍑Food such as garlic, onions  and broccoli are contain super nutrients, they actively help to strengthen the immune system.
